PRCH Welcomes New Managing Director

Bogda Korolczuk has taken on the role of Managing Director of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH). She is a manager with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, including retail, office, and mixed-use projects.

She began her career in Canada, where she spent 13 years working for fashion retailers operating in shopping centres. She has been active on the Polish market since 2000, holding management positions in international companies such as CBRE Property Management, Invesco Real Estate, Liebrecht & WooD, AEW CE, and JLL. Her responsibilities included asset management, leasing, construction and redevelopment projects, re-commercialisation, strategic development, as well as oversight of ESG and marketing.

“Bogda combines long-standing practical experience and extensive knowledge of the shopping centre market with a modern approach to organisational development and industry dialogue. I am confident she will bring a fresh perspective and strong operational expertise to PRCH,” says Jan Dębski, President of the PRCH Management Board.

Bogda Korolczuk succeeds Marcin Klammer, who decided to step down from the position of Managing Director of PRCH to pursue other professional plans.
