Private equity and real estate specialist joins Savills

Savills announced that David Štrouf – an investment professional with a background in Private Equity and Real Estate consulting – has joined the Savills Investment team as Associate Director. David brings broad expertise across sectors, gained through a wide range of due diligence and strategic advisory projects. With a strong record in real estate, he has participated in major transactions contributing to asset deals exceeding €1.3 billion in the CEE region.

Before joining Savills, David Štrouf was a core member of the Prague Principal Investor & Private Equity practice at The Boston Consulting Group, where he led numerous due diligence and strategy projects, including landmark transactions in the CEE region (e.g., Vendor DD of Packeta Group, acquisition of Invia Group). Before this, during his time in Cushman & Wakefield, he participated on 15+ commercial DD processes across all RE asset classes, including a disposal of TESCO cross-border portfolio in 2022 & structuring of a forward funding deal between Logport & Invesco for Logport Prague West. David Štrouf holds multiple degrees in International Management & Business Administration from the University of Economics in Prague and the SUNY Empire State College.
