Real estate platform Oppenfield welcomes new members
The pan-European real estate platform “OPPENFIELD – The European Real Estate Network” announces two new members. Tim Ross, Managing Director of PIER Investment Partner based in Frankfurt, and Thierry Dorison, Managing Director of ADD Property SAS based in Paris, were admitted to the OPPENFIELD network by unanimous decision of all its founding members.
“We are very pleased to have Tim Ross and Thierry Dorison join our platform. Both are well-known, highly experienced real estate, investment and finance experts in their markets. They will be valuable additions to our platform and further strengthen its position,” notes OPPENFIELD’s Chairman Hugo van Woerden, Dutch RE BV, Amsterdam.
Manfred Wiltschnigg, GalCap Europe, Vienna, who managed the onboarding of the new members, adds: “OPPENFIELD is currently working intensively on an innovative pan-European fund concept in which our network of locally specialized asset and investment managers will partner with a German institutional investment platform. Expert coverage in the key markets of Germany and France is essential for this project. Tim Ross and Thierry Dorison are perfectly positioned to bring this country competence and experience to the OPPENFIELD network.”
“Ambitious goals require joint efforts of competent partners, of people you trust. I have already worked successfully with all former OPPENFIELD members in previous years and highly appreciate that this cooperation will now be revived,” said Tim Ross, PIER Investment Partner, Frankfurt.
“My French home market offers international investors numerous opportunities to implement innovative real estate projects. In the OPPENFIELD network, I can find strong, results-oriented partners for future joint activities here in Paris and in the rest of Europe,” adds Thierry Dorison, ADD Property SAS, Paris.
The platform OPPENFIELD – The European Real Estate Network now includes the founding members’ Peter Le Loux (Spiritus Rector and honorary member), Hugo van Woerden (DutchRE BV, Amsterdam), Richard Kolb (Reset Asset Management Ltd, London), Javier Clave (JFC Real Estate Advisors, Madrid), Jan Vrancken (Global Portfolio Management NV, Brussels), Dr Manfred Wiltschnigg (GalCap Europe, Vienna) and now Thierry Dorison (ADD Property SAS, Paris) and Tim Ross (PIER Investment Partner, Frankfurt).
The founders of the OPPENFIELD network previously served as Managing Directors and Regional Directors of Oppenheim Immobilien KAG and have thereafter in their new roles continued to cultivate close transnational cooperation between their new companies. The establishment of the OPPENFIELD network in Antwerp in spring 2019 institutionalized the long-standing collaboration between the member companies from the fields of RE Investment, RE Advisory and RE Services and brought it to a whole new level of quality. Membership in the OPPENFIELD network is also open to any other ambitious and well-established real estate companies in Europe.
