REassurance expands its regional team
REaasurance has welcomed Otilia Petrescu and Jedrzej Besztak to the REassurance team. Otilia joins to lead the firm’s expansion into Romania and is another step forward for REassurance. Otilia will be based in Bucharest and is an experienced real estate lawyer with a solid transactional background. With a lot of growth in the Romanian real estate investment and development sector, Otilia will bring her experience gained both in-house and within major law firms to the team to continue our mission to deliver the best transactional risk solutions for real estate clients. Otilia said “I’m really looking forward to working with this dynamic team and driving the business forward. I believe we can bring a high level of service to the transactional risk sector for real estate, M&A, and renewables in Romania”.
Jedrzej will help the firm expand into the fast-growing and hugely active renewable energy sector. Jedrzej has participated in many M&A RES deals and will add real transactional support to complex deals, needing specialised solutions.
