
Savills announces changes and promotions within its investment advisory
Savills has announced significant changes and promotions within its investment advisory, valuation, communication, and marketing departments. Strengthening and developing the team based on the competencies of experienced managers is a response to the changing market conditions and the evolving needs of clients.

Karina Szafrańska has been appointed as the Head of Valuations. In this role, she will oversee the development of the department that offers comprehensive advisory services in real estate valuations across all market sectors.
With 19 years of experience in property valuation in both the Polish market and the CEE region, Karina’s expertise spans commercial properties, hotels, and residential properties including PRS, student housing, and development land. She has been continuously associated with Savills since 2006.
In recent years, Karina has worked closely with leading developers and key financial institutions in Poland. Her extensive experience includes advisory services in the real estate market in Poland and the CEE region, such as property portfolio valuations for financial reporting, valuations for banks, transaction and arbitration purposes, and NOI audits.
Karina Szafrańska holds a Master’s degree in Spatial Management from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and is a certified property valuer. She has also completed postgraduate studies in Property Management, Valuation, and Maintenance, as well as Property Management at Sheffield Hallam University. Since 2011, she has been a member of RICS.
Małgorzata Lińska-Bator has been promoted internally to the Investment Department. Małgorzata brings over 18 years of experience in advisory projects in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, including property valuation across various sectors, feasibility studies, cost optimization of properties, and transactional processes.
She joined the Savills team in 2015 and, since 2018, has focused on the industrial and logistics sector. As the Deputy Director of the department, she has prepared valuations for over 150 industrial parks, covering nearly 7 million square meters of space.
Małgorzata is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and has also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology. She holds the title of property valuer and is a member of RICS
Marta Kołodziejska has taken on the position of Head of Marketing & Communication. Marta brings over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate market.
Before joining Savills, she was responsible for marketing and communication activities at Hillwood as Marketing & Communications Manager. Before that, she served as a Marketing Officer at Goodman (now GLP).
In her new role, Marta will be responsible for strategic PR and marketing activities at Savills. She will focus on strengthening market communication, supporting individual business lines, and developing company projects related to new technologies.
Marta is an enthusiast of using innovative technological tools and actively engages in integrating innovative solutions with marketing practices. She holds a degree in Management and Marketing from the Higher School of Infrastructure and Management and completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Brokerage and Management at Łazarski University in Warsaw.
The organizational changes introduced at Savills aim to strengthen the team, enabling even more effective implementation of the organization’s strategies and goals.
