The Property Management Department at Savills has been further strengthened by the addition of Petra Gavendová who has joined the department as Business Development Lead. Throughout her long career, she has gained valuable experience in strategic property management, property administration, and setting operational and financial goals in line with the strategies and visions of investors, owners, or tenants.
Petra’s main role at Savills will be to expand its business development activity as well as manage existing client portfolios and oversee the implementation of strategies across new management mandates.
Petra Gavendová joins Savills from Knight Frank, where she led the Property Management team. In the past, she has gained multi-sector expertise across office, industrial, shopping centre and retail sectors.
