Savills Appoints New Director for Warehouse and Industrial Department

Michał Chodecki, a manager with over 17 years of market experience, has taken the helm of the department specializing in comprehensive advisory services for leasing industrial, warehouse, and logistics properties. As the new director, he will be responsible for defining strategy, setting the direction for business development, and building relationships with key clients.

Michał Chodecki is a recognized expert and seasoned manager with extensive experience in the industrial and warehouse real estate sector. Leveraging his expertise, he will lead a team that provides daily advisory services to companies from sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce in their search for and leasing of commercial spaces. At Savills, he will represent key clients in strategic transactions. His role will also include overseeing and supporting advisory projects related to supply chain strategy and optimization, BTS/BTO project execution, relocation recommendations, and negotiations with developers on major lease transactions.

Michał Chodecki holds a master’s degree from Łazarski University in Warsaw and a postgraduate degree from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). In his free time, he is passionate about geopolitics, culture, and sports.
