Savills appoints Senior Project & Development Manager for PRS & Living Sectors

Bartłomiej Polnik has joined the Savills team as Associate Director and Senior Project & Development Manager for the PRS & Living Sectors in the PBC department. He brings over 20 years of experience in project management and investment advisory within key real estate sectors. Bartłomiej has worked with leading international and domestic companies, handling office, residential, retail, and mixed-use projects. He has collaborated with firms like Heimstaden, Arcadis, Immobel, Caelum Development, and Layetana. At Heimstaden, he built a development team and participated in property acquisitions for the rental housing portfolio. He also worked with top developers, overseeing residential rental investments and helping establish the PRS sector in Poland.

His expertise includes managing projects under a general contractor model, providing strategic investment advice, and supervising the development of rental housing projects (PRS).
