Savills Poland strengthens office and industrial agencies

Savills has strengthened its Office Agency in Poland with the appointment of Marcin Sabowicz and its Industrial Agency with Adam Włochyński.

Marcin Sabowicz has been appointed to the position of Associate Director in the Tenant Representation team of the Office Agency at Savills in Poland with responsibility for developing cooperation with international corporate clients. Marcin has over 13 years of real estate experience. In the course of his professional career, he has advised on more than 60,000 sqm of leases. Marcin joins Savills from Reina Company, having previously spent over seven years at Colliers International. He specialises in office tenant advisory and has experience in landlord representation gained at CPI Property Group Polska and UBM Polska. Marcin graduated from the University of Warsaw, having read Management and Marketing. He has also completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Adam Włochyński has joined the Industrial Agency as a Consultant to advise tenants across Poland, with a special focus on the Lesser Poland and Upper Silesian regions. He has nine years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining Savills, Adam worked for FISHEYE Properties, Hamilton May, and JLL’s tenant representation department. He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and the AGH University of Science and Technology, where he did postgraduate studies in real estate valuation.
