Savills strengthens its investment team in Prague

Savills has appointed Jana Etrych Goldscheidová as an Associate Director within the investment department. Based in Savills Prague office, Jana will work alongside Managing Director and Head of Investment, Stuart Jordan.

Jana is a real estate and corporate finance professional, with 13 years of hands-on experience in transactions, asset management and valuation in CEE. She combines strong executive and analytical skills and has undertaken multiple client-side acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential assets. Most recently, she was an investment manager for a private equity investor, focusing on residential and commercial assets. She has also worked for LaSalle Investment Management and Penta Investments.

At Savills, her primary role will be to support the continuing growth of Savills investment team.  Her key focus will be to provide a cradle-to-grave acquisition and divestment service for office, residential and land assets, including advising on financing, structuring and pricing deals.
