Savills Strengthens Landlord Advisory Capabilities
The office market is increasingly shifting towards active value management. Savills’ Asset Management Services (AMS) team has been strengthened by the appointment of Karolina Pawłowska, Associate Director, who brings over 20 years of experience in office leasing, asset management, and mixed-use projects.
Karolina Pawłowska has 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. She specialises in office and retail leasing as well as asset management. Her career spans roles on the developer, investor and agency sides of the market. She joins Savills with experience gained at, among others, Atenor Poland, Vastint Poland and BNP Paribas Real Estate. Her portfolio includes projects such as Lakeside, University Business Center, FORT 7, Business Garden Warsaw, Swede Center and The Tides. She has supported transactions in both the Polish and Canadian markets and also has experience in the premium residential sector.
Michał Bryszewski, Head of Property & Asset Management and Board Member at Savills Poland, comments: “Clients today expect a comprehensive and integrated service. Savills in Poland does not adhere to rigid structures; instead, we create cross-departmental roles that combine different areas of expertise. This enables us to respond more effectively to the real needs of the market. Karolina’s appointment is a clear example of this approach, allowing her to leverage her potential and extensive experience fully. I am delighted to welcome her to the team.”
At Savills, Karolina Pawłowska will support property owners in developing leasing strategies and managing leasing processes, prepare market and competitive analyses, coordinate transaction processes – including due diligence – and advise on asset optimisation and long-term positioning.
Daniel Czarnecki, Head of Landlord Representation at Savills Poland, adds: “Today’s office market requires a highly informed and proactive approach from owners. We see this as the ability to combine leasing strategy with real value management of assets in a flexible, data-driven way. Karolina’s experience gained on both sides of the market significantly strengthens our advisory capabilities for owners of complex office assets and mixed-use projects.”
The expansion of the AMS team responds to the growing needs of owners, which increasingly go beyond leasing alone to include market analyses, transaction structuring and active asset management support.
