Savills Bolsters Slovak business
As part of its continued expansion in CEE, Savills has strengthened its Slovak team by appointing experienced real estate professional Naďa Kováčiková. With more than 15 years of experience in the industrial real estate and development sectors, Naďa joined Savills Slovakia as Head of Leasing & Business Development.
“We see the Slovak market as an important component in delivering seamless advisory services to our clients in the CEE region. Our goal is to provide our existing client base with comprehensive support for their activities in Slovakia, whilst expanding our business to new clients with our on-the-ground office, which was established at the start of 2026. The expansion of our Slovak team reinforces our ambition to build a strong regional platform serving both international and local companies. Naďa brings extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the local market,” says Stuart Jordan, CEO, Savills CEE.
Before joining Savills, Naďa Kováčiková spent nearly 12 years as Commercial Director at VGP Slovakia, where she played a key role in the development of industrial parks, build-to-suit projects, leasing activities, and the implementation of sustainability principles, including BREEAM certification. Naďa holds a degree from the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Bratislava. She also holds an International Relations certificate from the London School of Economics. More recently, she completed the MBARE programme – the only MBA programme in Real Estate in Central Europe – at the Prague University of Economics and Business.
