Savills strengthens support teams in Poland
Real estate advisory firm Savills is strengthening its support teams in Poland as it continues to expand its services for clients. Emilia Arciszewska has joined Savills Poland as Head of HR and Talent Management while Jan Zaworski has been promoted to Head of Marketing & Communication.
Emilia Arciszewska has a strong track record in professional services. She began her long career with Deloitte and PwC, where she supported clients in building HR strategies, change management and communication in company restructuring projects, cultural transformation and implementing development and talent management programmes. She served as Head of HR at CRIDO and led the team of HR and Administration at ALTO. Emilia is an experienced manager focused on communication, knowledge sharing and cooperation. She graduated from Warsaw University and completed PhD studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
At Savills, Emilia will be responsible for building and implementing an HR strategy for the entire organisation in line with the growth plans of Savills Poland and the business strategy of Savills for Europe. Together with her team, she will expand the firm’s offer for employees including development and training programmes as well as wellbeing and integration initiatives. Savills Poland has recently launched its innovative Summer Office project to provide its employees with seaside apartments in the summer months for remote work or a holiday. As part of the Health Programme employees can take part in sports events, consult a dietitian and access healthy meals and smoothies as well as webinars promoting a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing. Savills is also planning to strengthen and expand its team of experts for virtually all business lines, which will translate into more recruitment processes conducted by its HR and Talent Management team and new hires in the team itself. In May, Savills is launching another edition of its internship programme to attract young talent to real estate.
Jan Zaworski has worked in communication and marketing for almost 15 years, specialising in strategic advisory for commercial real estate companies. He joined Savills in 2017. Previously, he was a director at FIRST Public Relations, the oldest PR agency in Poland, where he was responsible for communication solutions for Cushman & Wakefield for five years, and at Partner of Promotion, Poland’s largest PR agency, where he led a team providing communication and marketing for Ghelamco Poland, SEGRO and Procter & Gamble. Jan is a graduate of Warsaw University. He also did postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
The marketing and communication team at Savills is responsible for enhancing the image of Savills and its experts and promoting its services. It also provides property marketing support to clients in the commercialisation of office buildings. As part of its new marketing strategy Savills is strengthening its capabilities in online marketing, communication and client relations, and is further developing its offer for landlords.
