SINGU strengthens global team with senior executive appointments
SINGU, one of Europe’s leading cloud-based software providers for facility maintenance, ESG, and building management solutions, is strengthening its executive leadership team with two high-profile appointments: Wayne Glenn (43) has joined as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Lawrence C. H. Goodman (63) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
With more than twenty years of international commercial leadership experience, Wayne Glenn brings extensive expertise in driving revenue growth, scaling global sales organisations, and leading business transformation. Over the course of his career, he has held senior positions at Vodafone, Oracle, Accruent and IFS, where he built high-performing teams and successfully executed go-to-market strategies across the EMEA and APAC regions. As CRO, Wayne assumes overall responsibility for all commercial functions across SINGU’s entities and markets. His experience in expanding recurring revenue (ARR) and executing M&A-driven growth will play a key role in further strengthening SINGU’s international presence.
Lawrence Goodman brings more than 25 years of senior financial leadership experience across the software, life sciences, medical technology, and automotive sectors. A Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), he has served in executive finance roles at several private-equity-backed and publicly listed organisations, including TeraRecon, Constellation Software Inc. and Clubessentials Holding Inc. His career includes leading global businesses through IPO readiness, international M&A integration, and strategic financial transformation. As CFO, Lawrence will oversee all financial functions across SINGU’s global operations, focusing on transparency, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

“With Wayne Glenn and Lawrence Goodman, we are gaining two exceptional leaders who will play a key role in shaping SINGU’s next phase of growth,” said Pawel Malon, CEO of the SINGU Group. “Their international experience in sales, finance, and transformation further strengthens our position as a leading platform for digital facility management. Their commitment will help us deliver even greater value to our clients and partners worldwide.”
With the expansion of its leadership team, SINGU continues its strategic path toward technological excellence and an even stronger international footprint in the PropTech and facility management markets.
