Søren Rodian Olsen joins Newmark Polska as Capital Markets Head
Søren Rodian Olsen, a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and financial services, has joined advisory firm Newmark Polska as Executive Board Director and Head of Capital Markets. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing and advising on real estate strategies and transactions.

Prior to joining Newmark Polska, Søren Rodian Olsen was a director and board member of Urban Partners in Poland and established their first office in Warsaw in 2021. He led the business development of Urban Partners’ Logicenters platform in the Polish logistics market which included the landmark acquisition of 7R SA. His professional journey in Poland started in the financial sector, holding senior management positions at Bank Austria Creditanstalt and Commerzbank respectively. Then he expanded his asset management expertise, becoming the Poland country head at Aberdeen Immobilien, a Frankfurt-based fund & asset manager. He subsequently joined real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield as Partner and Head of Capital Markets, where he advised clients on some of the largest commercial real estate transactions in the Central and Eastern European region.
Søren holds a degree in Finance from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from the University of Westminster. He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and serves on the Executive Committee of Urban Land Institute Poland.
