SPEEDWELL appoints Romania Development Director
SPEEDWELL announced the appointment of Răzvan Enache as Executive Director of Development in Romania. In his new role, Răzvan will help advance the company’s development pipeline by strengthening coordination across development strategy, planning and stakeholder engagement, while also contributing to the identification and assessment of new opportunities on the Romanian market.
The appointment comes at an important stage in SPEEDWELL’s growth, as the company moves forward with several complex developments in key Romanian cities, including TINO in Brașov, the regeneration of the former 1 IUNIE textile factory site in Timișoara and the large-scale regeneration mixed-use project CityZen in Bucharest.
“Răzvan brings a combination that is particularly valuable to SPEEDWELL: extensive development experience, strong technical understanding and a pragmatic approach to complex projects. Having worked across different areas of the real estate industry, he understands what it takes to take a project from strategy to implementation while bringing together the many disciplines and stakeholders involved. Beyond his experience, we value the energy and determination he brings to the team, and I am confident these qualities will make a meaningful contribution to SPEEDWELL’s next stage of growth,” said Yannick Van de Parre, Country Manager, SPEEDWELL Romania.
Răzvan Enache brings 25 years of experience in real estate and construction, spanning development, asset management and construction project management throughout the entire project lifecycle. His background combines technical expertise with extensive experience in development strategy, investment, portfolio management and the delivery of complex real estate projects.
Before joining SPEEDWELL, Răzvan served as Managing Director of Țiriac Imobiliare, where he led the group’s real estate division and oversaw a diversified portfolio of development projects and income-producing assets. His experience includes major developments such as Țiriac Tower, Stejarii 2, Timișoara Retail Hub & Residential and Brașov Residential, alongside the management of residential, office and land portfolios. Previously, Răzvan worked with Skanska Romania, where he contributed to the development of the EQUILIBRIUM office project, and held senior real estate and asset management positions within BCR, part of Erste Group, and Erste Group Immorent. He began his career in civil engineering and construction management, providing him with a strong technical foundation that complements his subsequent experience in development, investment and asset management.
