Stage capital focuses on Poland
Stage Capital has appointed Jacek Kołodziejski as the Country Director, in Poland. Jacek will manage Stage Capital’s retail portfolio in Poland and drive value creation through development opportunities and accretive acquisitions. Stage is focused on Poland as a core market offering exciting investment opportunities. Stage’s core sectors include retail, data centres and logistics.
Stage is working on various new projects and is investing in its three existing shopping centres to further drive performance, improve ESG standards, and diversify into alternative uses, including data centres. Following the recent successful sale of Centrum Galardia, a shopping centre developed by Stage and opened in 2014, Stage remains committed to retail as a proven investment opportunity.
James Huckle, Partner at Stage Capital commented: “We are excited to welcome Jacek to the team and use his deep experience to drive our business in Poland. There is renewed investor interest in retail in Poland for good reason – the right schemes perform well on an operating level. We are also exploring further opportunities in growing sectors, such as launching our first data centre project with a further advanced pipeline.”
Jacek Kołodziejski has over 14 years of experience in the Polish commercial real estate market and joins from EPP where he was Transaction and JV Director. Jacek said “I’m very happy to join Stage Capital on the verge of expansion. I truly believe in Poland as an investment target and I’m sure that my experience will help to guide Stage Capital towards new, exciting investment opportunities.”
As Stage Capital’s representative in Poland, Jacek will cooperate with James Huckle and James Tugwell, who are based in London.
