Szymon Mińczuk Appointed COO at G City Europe

G City Europe has strengthened its management team. Szymon Mińczuk has assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Szymon has proven himself to be an outstanding Retail Director, bringing energy, a clear strategic vision, and tangible results to the organisation. In his new role as COO, he will co-lead the company’s next phase of growth, focusing on strengthening development projects, accelerating the leasing process, and further improving business performance.

Szymon Mińczuk has been associated with the commercial real estate sector for over 20 years. Until now, he has served as Retail Director at G City Europe. Previously, he gained experience at companies such as Caelum Development, GTC, and Echo Investment, delivering projects across all key retail formats – from outlet centres and retail parks to traditional shopping centres and mixed-use developments.

The new COO is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he studied International Economic Relations. Before joining G City Europe, he co-created the Browary Warszawskie project and was responsible for the development and operations of Galeria Młociny.
