Tomasz Chojnacki Appointed Deputy Head of the Office Department at CBRE

Tomasz Chojnacki has taken on the role of Deputy Head of the Office Sector at CBRE. In his new position, he is responsible for managing and developing the office sector while creating a cohesive business plan for all services provided to clients in this market segment. Tomasz has been with CBRE for eight years and will continue to serve as Director of the Tenant Representation Team in Katowice and Head of the Silesian Region alongside his new role.

Tomasz joined CBRE in 2017 but has been involved in the commercial real estate market for over 18 years. As Director of the Tenant Representation Team in Katowice and Head of the Silesian Region, he has successfully integrated all business lines within the Katowice branch, ensuring a consistent and efficient service for both local and international clients

In his new role, Tomasz will focus on managing and expanding the office sector at CBRE while developing a unified business plan for all services catering to clients in this market. The position of Deputy Head of the Office Sector aligns with CBRE’s matrix approach to client service, emphasizing collaboration between different departments and teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients in this sector.
