Tomek Andryszczyk has become a Partner at SQUARE, the company he founded with Daniel Kuczaj – founder and CEO of the Frankfurt-based Proptech ROOMHERO.
Tomek will be responsible for strategic and transaction advisory for institutional investors, family offices and HNWI clients. He will also lead the company‘s own residential investments. Previously, he was a press spokesman for the City of Warsaw and afterwards advised leading real estate developers in the field of public affairs and project management.
Newly founded SQUARE aims to be a leading residential impact investor and advisor and will focus mainly on PRS and alternative investments market. Currently, the company is working on its first residential venture together with BBGK architectural practice and plans to reveal the details of the project in 2021 Q2.
