Valor makes senior promotions across regional team

Valor Real Estate Partners (“Valor”), one of Europe’s fastest-growing last-mile real estate specialists, announced that it has made eight promotions, including that of Ben Brunschwig to Principal alongside four other senior promotions, as part of its ambition to double its AUM to €6 billion+ by 2026. The promotions span Valor’s Investment, Asset Management, Development and Financing functions:

Ben Brunschwig has been promoted to Principal, Investment. Ben, who is based in Paris, joined Valor in 2018, when he oversaw more than €600 million of acquisitions in France, across circa 35 transactions.

Margaux Gautreau has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Asset Management. Having joined Valor in 2019, she is part of a 3-strong asset management team in France. She is currently responsible for c. 500,000 sqm of French last mile assets and has overseen circa 50 lease events.

Alexandre Massot-Bordenave has been promoted to Vice President, also Asset Management. Since joining Valor in 2022, he has completed c. 117,000 sq ft of leasing activity, while overseeing the refurbishment and development of circa 504,000 sq ft of French last mile assets.  Alex has also recently been appointed Head of ESG, France, with responsibility for the ongoing implementation of ESG strategy across several funds.

Will Outram has been promoted to Vice President, also Asset Management. Having joined Valor in 2022, he has successfully delivered c. £3 million of annual rental growth and currently manages a circa 3 million sq ft UK portfolio. Will has also recently been appointed as Head of ESG, UK, responsible for the ongoing implementation of ESG strategy across several funds.

Jonathan Muller, who joined Valor in 2019, has been promoted to Vice President of development. He leads development activities in France, where has played a key role in the deployment of c. €400 million across circa 25 transactions, ranging from core properties to ground-up developments.

Pierre Richard has been promoted to Senior Associate, also Development. Pierre joined Valor in June 2021 when he was supported on the completion of seven refurbishments in Paris and Lyon totalling c. 603,000 sq ft, and three developments totalling c. 270,000 sq ft.

Camille Daulne has been promoted to Senior Associate, Finance & Operations. Camille joined Valor in October 2020, where she oversees the fund management and reporting function for three funds comprising 61 assets and €1.6bn in total costs. She has also closed €131 million of loans in France and Germany, across three transactions.

Marcus Guillemant has been promoted to Associate, also Finance & Operations. He is responsible for the fund management and reporting function for one of Valor’s pan-European value-add portfolios, comprising 55 buildings across 280,000 sq ft.
