VGP, the European developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, has appointed Ondřej Titz (33) as Commercial Director for the Czech Republic. He will be responsible for the acquisition of new tenants and signing lease agreements across VGP’s growing portfolio.
“Ondřej Titz is a great asset and welcome addition to the further development of VGP on the Czech market. I believe that his experience will help us to move forward and support our long-term direction and expansion,” comments David Plzák, VGP Country Manager for the Czech Republic.
Ondřej Titz graduated from the University of Business in Prague and holds an engineering degree. He worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a member of the industrial team focusing on shopping parks and industrial units, where he reached the position of senior consultant. Subsequently, he gained experience at IKEA, where he worked in the role of leasing manager. In 2019, he joined P3 Logistic Parks as Leasing and Development Manager with responsibility for the company’s new development within the Czech Republic and for leasing existing units.
In the Czech Republic, VGP has or developed 15 parks with a total lettable area of more than 900,000 sqm.
