Walter Herz Grows Tenant Representation Team
Walter Herz strengthened its Tenant Representation team with the appointment of Zlatina Mikołajczyk as Associate Director in Warsaw. The company continues to expand its expertise in office tenant advisory services, with a strategic focus on supporting international occupiers across the Polish market.
In her new role, Zlatina Mikołajczyk will be responsible for delivering office relocation and lease renegotiation projects, representing clients during lease negotiations, and coordinating leasing processes managed by the company.
Mikołajczyk brings more than 15 years of professional experience gained across Poland and the Central and Eastern European region. She has extensive expertise in advising international companies expanding into Poland, particularly businesses from Asia.
Throughout her career, she has supported the market entry of numerous Korean organisations into Poland, including banks, engineering companies and major state-owned enterprises. She has also advised Japanese companies operating in the electronics and financial sectors, as well as a Chinese company active in the electromobility industry. In addition, she played a key role in introducing BLD – a company owned by Bulgarian holding AG Capital, which invests in real estate across the Balkans – to the Polish market.
Mikołajczyk previously worked with organisations including ITRA Polska, ForLogistic, EuropaProperty.com and Investment Environments. She also held a position at the Trade and Investment Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Sofia, where she supported Polish companies expanding into Bulgaria, analysed investment potential and organised trade missions.
“Developing our Tenant Representation expertise remains one of our strategic priorities. Zlatina’s appointment strengthens our capabilities in servicing international clients carrying out expansion and relocation projects in Poland. Her experience in working with foreign investors, combined with her understanding of the specific characteristics of the CEE and Asian markets, represents significant value for our clients and for the company’s further growth,” said Magdalena Zagrodnik, Co-owner and Board Member at Walter Herz.
