Walter Herz expands Tenant Representation in Poland
Walter Herz continues to strengthen its advisory capabilities, further developing its Tenant Representation team in its Warsaw and Krakow offices.
Experienced managers in client acquisition and relationship building, Piotr Podgórski and Wojciech Żurowski, have joined the Walter Herz team, taking on the roles of Business Development Managers. This strengthening of the team responds to the growing needs of companies seeking modern, efficient office solutions and support in optimising their work environment.
Piotr Podgórski, who has joined the company’s Kraków office, is responsible for supporting clients in the leasing of commercial space across southern and western Poland. His activities focus primarily on the markets of Krakow, Wroclaw and Katowice.
Piotr has many years of experience in B2B sales and building relationships with corporate clients, gained, among others, in the employee benefits sector and facility management services. As a result, he has a strong understanding of the challenges organisations face today in the context of operating modern workplaces.
In his new role, Piotr Podgórski is responsible for developing client relationships and delivering office leasing projects. As he emphasises, a partnership-based approach built on trust and a deep understanding of clients’ individual needs is crucial in advisory.
Wojciech Żurowski has joined Walter Herz’s Warsaw office, where he is responsible for driving office leasing projects across northern and eastern Poland. Wojciech and Piotr are also responsible for working closely with partners and subcontractors, as well as contributing to the development of Walter Herz’s proprietary educational initiative for office tenants – the Tenant Academy. The program encompasses small-group sessions, large conferences, workshops, and a curated series of guides, all designed to support and engage the Office and HR Manager community.
Wojciech has over a decade of experience in sales, building business relationships, and delivering office fit-out projects, which he gained in companies focused on business development, outsourcing, HR, and operating in the construction sector.
In his work, Wojciech focuses on building and reinforcing client relationships. He places particular emphasis on dialogue and the exchange of perspectives, which he notes form the foundation of effective collaboration and long-term business partnerships. He also concentrates on identifying opportunities to optimise commercial spaces in terms of utilisation and cost efficiency.
The expansion of the Tenant Representation team aligns with Walter Herz’s long-term strategy to further develop its advisory services and strengthen the company’s position as a partner supporting clients in making key decisions regarding office spaces and workplace environments.
