Walter Herz launches a Project Management department
Walter Herz is expanding its service portfolio by developing its Project Management expertise in the fit-out and modernisation of commercial spaces. The establishment of a dedicated project management division for fit-out services marks an important step in the company’s further growth and the development of a comprehensive offering for clients in the real estate market.
As Associate Director / Project Manager, Helena Kudrewicz-Czarniecka has joined the Walter Herz team to lead the newly established division. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing the Project Management department, strengthening cooperation with investors, and overseeing the comprehensive management of projects.
Walter Herz aims to provide increasingly comprehensive support to tenants, enhance the efficiency of leasing-related processes, and maintain full control over project schedules and budgets while improving the quality of project delivery. The expansion of its services will also help shorten decision-making processes, streamline communication, and reduce operational risk, directly contributing to greater investment security for clients.
From a strategic perspective, the new business line strengthens Walter Herz’s position as a partner offering comprehensive support at every stage of the process — from location advisory to project delivery and handover of completed space for occupancy. Expanding the company’s offering to include Project Management in fit-out processes will enable Walter Herz to diversify its business streams, build long-term relationships with tenants and investors, and enhance its competitiveness in the advisory services market.

“Systematically strengthening the team’s capabilities is one of the pillars of our development strategy. Introducing fit-out services enables us to provide clients with multidimensional support in their long-term needs in the real estate market.
