Westbridge strengthens its international presence
Westbridge Advisory (Westbridge) is laying down a strategic marker on the international property market. By signing Rosanna Woods, the Energy and Sustainability Advisor Westbridge continues to expand its international presence and will now serve customers in the Pan-European market from a site in London. A team of four, including Michelle Pokoj, will support Woods.
Rosanna Woods will commence work for the sustainability specialist Westbridge on 15 November 2023. Her core mission is to further drive Westbridge’s international business by acting as a local contact for property portfolio managers whose European headquarters are primarily located in the UK. Rosanna Woods has spent the last eight years at Drooms – most recently as Managing Director for the UK and Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. In this role, her responsibilities included establishing and leading the 20-person team in those markets. Previously, Woods had managed and developed real estate assets for Frankfurt Airport at Fraport AG. The 38-year-old has a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Brighton.
Michelle Pokoj will likewise bring her expertise from data room manager Drooms. Before joining Drooms, she was Operations Manager of Europe at Time Change GmbH in Frankfurt am Main.
“We are already active in 21 markets. Experience has shown that our existing customers, and of course potential new customers as well, benefit from our local presence. This is why we are now sharpening our focus on a market that is home to global capital and invested in pan-European real estate markets,” says Yama Mahasher, Managing Director at Westbridge. “It is also a decisive reaction to the growing demand for local ESG expertise,” Mahasher continues. “We firmly believe that now is the right time to move closer to our customers and adopt a local presence.”
