Yvonne Court, who has led the EMEA Cross-Border Retail and Leisure team at Cushman & Wakefield since 2020, is leaving the firm, concluding a 36-year career with the company.
Court joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1989 as Head of Retail and Consultancy. In 2010, she transitioned to the EMEA Cross-Border Retail and Leisure team, and in 2020, assumed leadership of that group. In her most recent role, she advised occupier and investor clients on new market entry, global location strategy, and agency mandates across international markets.
Her departure marks the end of a career spanning four decades in the retail property sector. Within the firm, Court is recognised for her work building out the Global Retail and Leisure platform and for her advisory role across client and colleague relationships in multiple regions.
No successor to the team leadership role has been publicly announced at this time.
