A new ibis Styles Bucharest City Center, located on 146 Știrbei Vodă Street, Bucharest, at the very heart of the Romanian capital, opens its doors on June 22nd. The hotel offers 152 rooms of creative design and great comfort. A conference area with natural light, which can host events from 20 to 170 participants, a casual traditional restaurant with terrace and a lobby bar make the hotel the up and coming business and leisure destination in the center of Bucharest.
More so, the guests’ comfort will also be ensured by the underground parking with 50 places, the fully equipped gym and the kids’ corner. Reflecting the brand’s “all-inclusive” concept, ibis Styles Bucharest City Center offers a generous breakfast and free wi-fi, always included in the room rate.
The new meeting point in the center of Bucharest
Positioned at the crossroads of Știrbei and Berzei avenues, the trendy hotel is as accessible and welcoming as the inns of yesteryear. Because of its privileged setting, right in the heart of Bucharest, the ibis Styles Bucharest City Center experience goes far beyond the hotel walls. The hotel is only a few steps away from Cișmigiu Park, the Romanian Athenaeum and the Palace of Parliament. The central business district of Victoriei Square is less than 5 minutes away, so is Gara de Nord central railway station.
An urban village, in the heart of the bursting city
The hotel has an unexpected theme, which combines traditional inspiration and modern design trends and materials. The ibis Styles Bucharest City Center is like an urban village that lives right in the heart of the bursting city.
Bright and cheerful mosaic of tapestries on the reception wall will catch everyone’s attention, from the first steps into the hotel. Soon after, guests will notice the antique carpentry bench, right below the translucent reception table. Subtly led lighting fixtures, in the shape of traditional Romanian motifs, will surprise them. The expanded metal ceiling evokes the transparency of the Romanian blouse. Its ethereal texture lets the light pass through and creates immaterial volumes.
The hotel rooms also embrace the theme of the hotel and present traditional motifs, as part of modern, unique design. Each floor of ibis Styles Bucharest City Center is dressed in a bright, upbeat colour, such as yellow, orange, green, blue, and invites guests to discover and experience them all.
