Developer and manager of modern logistics properties, P3 Logistic Parks, has announced the extension of its warehouse and office space lease agreement with its existing tenant, ID Logistics.
The new agreement refers to a total of nearly 80,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. ID Logistics has been occupying the space continuously since 2021, providing comprehensive logistics services for one of its e-commerce clients.
Marcin Gajewski, Senior Development Manager, P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, says: “We are delighted that ID Logistics, one of our long-term tenants, has decided to continue its cooperation with P3 Wrocław II. This proves the attractiveness of this location and reaffirms the efficient and fruitful cooperation between our companies.”
The facility at P3 Wrocław II has been designed with modern logistics and high operational standards in mind. The building has a clear height of 12 metres and a reinforced floor with a load capacity of 7 tonnes/sqm, which enables the trouble-free storage of heavy loads. The highest level of functional transport efficiency is ensured by numerous loading bays (135), and the area offers more than 900 parking spaces for the company’s employees. Thanks to the use of advanced ecological solutions, the warehouse is certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level.
During the transaction, P3 Logistic Parks was supported by a team of JLL advisors.
“Every successful agreement renegotiation confirms that a partnership-based relationship and advisory support that goes beyond the transaction itself, including consultations and the adaptations of the solutions to the tenant’s evolving strategy, are crucial today. I am convinced that this space will not only enable the further dynamic growth of ID Logistics, but will also provide comfortable conditions for the entire team and operational reliability on the demanding Wrocław market,” says Monika Woźniak, Senior Director in the warehouse and industrial space department, JLL.
According to JLL data, Wrocław remains the third strongest warehouse centre in the country, just behind Warsaw and Upper Silesia. In the first half of 2025, 344,000 sqm of modern warehouses were commissioned in the region, bringing the total warehouse surface to over 5.2 million m². This confirms its established position among Poland’s main logistics locations. The dynamic growth of investments and the high level of tenant activity are conducive to the further professional development of the sector and the infrastructure dedicated to supply chains.
P3 Wrocław II is a modern logistics park located in one of the largest logistics hubs in the region. The complex comprises four buildings with a total area of approximately 200,000 sqm, which can be used for both storage and light-industry production. Offering convenient access to the A4 motorway, which is part of the Pan-European Transport Corridor III connecting Berlin, Wrocław, Kraków and Ukraine, the location of the park is its undisputed asset. Moreover, in the nearby area, one can also use a junction connecting the A4 motorway with the Wrocław motorway bypass, the A8 motorway.
