IFMA Polska Chapter, that is a Local Chapter of the International Facility Management Association, has appointed three new Board Members in Poland.
Maria Kobryń – Legal Counsel, MBA, Partner and Head of Blueshell Legal. Maria is an expert in real estate law, construction law (investment processes) and contract law. She specializes in the commercialization of commercial, office and logistics facilities as well as lease agreements. She has extensive experience in due diligence and real estate investment consulting. She manages the office and draws pride and joy in working with people in the office team. Her hobby is traveling, learning about culture, diving and snowboarding.
Piotr Kwiatkowski – Sales Development Manager, Fellowes Brands. During the last twenty years Piotr has gained experience in Polish and foreign manufacturing and trade companies, creating development strategies for sales and marketing departments and managing them. Currently, Piotr is developing a new European project in Poland – AeraMax Professional, that is a very important product category dedicated to segments such as FM, HVAC, Cleaning, Health Care. This project is devoted to a wide range of care for improving health and quality of work.
Maciej Wiśniewski – CEO, Loredo RES – Maciej has many years of experience in the areas of real estate services and Facility Management. During the last 10 years of working in international corporations, Sodexo and Apleona HSG (formerly Bilfinger HSG), Maciej was responsible for the development of business, new products and services, he has supervised implementation and marketing activities, and also managed procurement processes. As an enthusiast of innovation and new solutions, Maciej is focused on creating a new models of building management and its transparency.
