Iliard Architecture & Interior Design, an acclaimed architectural studio, has joined the tenants of Edison, a building of the GTC complex in Armii Krajowej Street in Krakow. Seeing the potential for continued growth, Iliard has already adapted its office space to its needs. The tenant was represented during the transaction process by Cushman & Wakefield.
Founded in 2009, Iliard Architecture & Interior Design focuses on architectural and interior design services, as well as project management. It specializes in the commercial hospitality and office projects and residential developments. Iliard designed V.Offices in Krakow, the world’s second most sustainable office building according to BRE Global, an organisation behind green certification of buildings.
“As an organisation, we needed new, good quality space to accommodate our growth. We see this change as another potential source of new energy and ideas that we will later incorporate into our projects,” comments Wojciech Witek, CEO, Iliard.
“Such a unique tenant needed an exceptional office for its business, so we are very pleased that the space in the GTC complex meets the requirements of our client,” says Karolina Słysz, Associate, Office Department, Cushman & Wakefield.
“We managed to complete our market analysis and to finalize the transaction in a very short time thanks to smooth negotiations with the landlord,” adds Elżbieta Golik, Senior Negotiator, Office Department, Cushman & Wakefield.
The GTC complex comprises four office buildings with a total of 38,250 sqm of customizable office space.
“We are delighted to welcome Iliard Architecture & Interior Design to our complex in Armii Krajowej Street in Krakow – an important destination on the city’s business map. We are pleased that such a renowned company has chosen our building for its head office and we hope that it will meet all its requirements. At GTC we go the extra mile to address the ongoing needs of our tenants both in individual buildings and within the entire complex, organizing, among other things, tenant-focused events,” says Jakub Parys, Leasing Manager, GTC.
