IMMOFINANZ leases around 15,500 sqm in Warsaw’s myhive buildings in the first 5 months of 2022

IMMOFINANZ has finalized several lease agreements for its properties under the myhive brand in the first five months of 2022. In total, around 15,500 sqm was leased during this time, of which nearly one-half amounts to new tenants and the other half to extensions of existing contracts. Over 50 percent of space leased under the new contracts is located in the Mokotów district, in the office buildings myhive Mokotów and myhive Park Postępu.

“Each lease contract signed is equally important to us. However, we are particularly satisfied when we can welcome new companies among our tenants. Looking at this very positive development, we can conclude that the recent investments and the modernization of our buildings in Mokotów were the right decision,” comments Jarosław Retmaniak, Country Manager Finance & Support Poland, IMMOFINANZ.

At the end of the first quarter of 2022, the occupancy of the office portfolio in Poland was at a high level of 94 percent.
