IMMOFINANZ obtains building permit for STOP.SHOP Retail Park in Požarevac, Serbia – EuropaProperty

IMMOFINANZ has obtained the building permit for the construction of its new STOP.SHOP retail park in Požarevac, Serbia.

The first phase of the project will encompass 7,000 sqm of retail space, creating approximately 300 job openings. Its construction will begin this month and is scheduled to be completed in April 2018.

“We recognized the potential of Požarevac, which is the main administrative hub of Braničevski county. We are delighted that its citizens will gain access to a selection of well-known fashion brands that are available in our retail parks,” said Branimir Bojić, representative of IMMOFINANZ.

At present, the Austrian developer has a total of four STOP.SHOP retail projects in the Serbian cities of Niš, Valjevo, Čačak and Belgrade.

As previously announced, the company aims to further expand its retail park portfolio in Serbia in 2018 to at least three new locations.
