Infogroup developing a new logistics building in Eastern Hungary

Infogroup has commenced construction of a new logistics building in Polgár Industrial Park. The 4,000 sqm speculative building is being developed in the company’s own industrial park. The customizable building will offer a solution to growing logistics and industrial needs, is expected to be ready in Q2 2021.

There are 4 industrial parks and several industrial development areas in Infogroup’s portfolio, which have been acquired and strategically developed in the Eastern and Central Hungarian regions.

”Industrial developments are the backbone of Infogroup’s strategy. The Polgár Industrial Park was our first significant project, then we made investments in Karcag, Tiszaújváros and Miskolc. Two years ago we started a large-scale development – Kecskemét South Industrial Park – in cooperation with Kecskemét’s local government. Last year, we purchased Kecskemét South Industrial Park, located next to M5 highway, which was our biggest acquisition so far,” says Ádám Székely, Infogroup’s general manager.

Polgár Industrial Park covers over 58 ha. It offers 27,500 sqm for rent in Class A  buildings, ideal for logistics and light-industrial purposes.  Also, industrial plots are available for sale as well as BTS development.
