Inter Cars joins MLP Business Park Vienna

Inter Cars, the largest distributor of automotive spare parts in Central and Eastern Europe and one of the fastest-growing companies in the automotive aftermarket sector on the continent, has joined the tenant roster of MLP Business Park Vienna.

Under the signed lease agreement, the company will occupy a total of 2,220 sqm, including 1,770 sqm of modern warehouse space and 450 sqm dedicated to offices, a retail area, and employee facilities. The handover of the completed facility and the commencement of operations are planned for November this year. Additionally, the tenant will install a modern three-level walkable racking system within the warehouse.
