Intermal with centralized warehouse – EuropaProperty

Intermal Packaging has leased 2,250 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec, centralizing its business operations in one facility. Savills represented the tenant in the transaction.

“Relocating to a high quality, modern warehouse is an important step for us to allow company development over the next few years. This is an improvement in quality. We are very pleased that soon we will be able to use the amenities of a professional warehouse park,” said Marcin Malewski, owner of Intermal Packaging.

“Space plan of the property, with access to a large number of docks, was the key advantage for the tenant. Intermal Packaging has signed a long-term agreement and our warehouse park secures additional space for its future expansion,” said Justyna Kononowicz, Leasing Manager at Panattoni Europe.

Panattoni Park Sosnowiec is a warehouse park consisting of five buildings with a total area of 180,000 sqm. It is located in Sosnowiec in the Porąbka district, close to the S1 expressway and near the A4 highway. The developer of the complex is Panattoni Europe.
