Software services company Mobica will open a branch in Poznań, creating over 100 new jobs. The recruitment process has already begun. The tenant will move into the Temida office building in August. Mobica was advised by JLL and the owner of the building was represented by Savills in the transaction totalling 1,030 sqm of office space.
Mobica is a world-leading software service company, providing innovative services for connected and collaborative devices. Mobica offers bespoke development, QA and consultancy. The company works across the full software lifecycle and across the entire software stack from reference platforms through to UI/UX.
The Mobica office in Poznań will be one of the company’s eleven worldwide research and development centres. The company will occupy a total of four floors in the Temida building.

Temida is a small-scale office project located in the very centre of Poznań. The leasable area of the facility is approximately 2,325 sqm. The building is dedicated to tenants who value the central location, interesting architecture and practical technical solutions. Temida has eight floors and an underground garage. There is a terrace on the seventh floor. Wechta is the owner of the building. Savills is the exclusive agent responsible for commercialization of the project.
