Invesco and Panattoni sell logistics park in Gdańsk to EQT Exeter

Invesco Real Estate and its JV partner Panattoni have sold a logistics park situated in the vicinity of the Gdańsk international airport to EQT Exeter. The logistics facility, a part of which is still under construction, consists of five buildings and has a total lease area of approximately 110,000 sqm.

Greenberg Traurig advised Invesco Real Estate on the sale of the logistics park. The Greenberg Traurig team was led and supervised by Local Partner Rafał Siwek, supported by Associates Agnieszka Lichota and Maxymilian Rybczyński.
