Workplace experience and facility management company ISS is now providing comprehensive cleaning services for Lyreco, a workplace products and services distribution company. The ISS team is responsible for maintaining Lyreco’s office and warehouse facilities in Sokołów, covering a total area of 26,200 sqm. The partnership combines ISS’s expertise in operational excellence with Lyreco’s high standards to ensure a safe, clean, and sustainable work environment.
Lyreco consistently pursues its sustainability strategy, in which environmental responsibility, employee safety, and well-being are integral to the company’s operations. The company implements initiatives related to the circular economy, carbon footprint reduction, and fleet decarbonisation, while ensuring ergonomic and safe working conditions across its facilities.
At Lyreco’s headquarters in Sokołów, maintaining a clean, safe, and functional work environment is essential to supporting employee comfort and productivity. The scope of cooperation with ISS has been developed based on standardised quality processes, operational audits, and transparent performance reporting. Environmentally friendly solutions are being implemented – from eco-certified cleaning agents and dosing systems to ozonated water technology – ensuring care for both people and service standards.

The ISS team supports Lyreco in two zones – office and warehouse. In the office area, ISS is responsible for comprehensive cleaning services across the entire workspace, including conference rooms, kitchens, coffee points, and restrooms. The team also manages coffee service, meeting room preparation, and plant care, ensuring a comfortable and aesthetic environment for employees. In the warehouse area, ISS provides daily surface cleaning and waste management services, maintaining safety and compliance with health and safety standards across operational zones. The scope of services also includes outdoor areas.
