ISS, a workplace and facility management company, has commenced comprehensive technical maintenance services for two office properties in Warsaw. These properties are part of the portfolio of CPI Property Group, one of the largest commercial real estate landlords and managers in Central and Eastern Europe. Official service delivery began on January 1, 2025.
The ISS team has taken responsibility for the technical maintenance of two commercial properties in Warsaw. The first is myhive IO-1, a modern Class A building with a total area of nearly 24,000 sqm, strategically located in the Mokotów district of Warsaw. It is one of the most iconic office buildings in this part of the city. The second is the myhive Park Postępu complex, consisting of four office buildings with a combined area of 34,580 sqm, also situated in Mokotów, known for their top-tier technical standards and functionality.
ISS services include full technical maintenance, such as oversight, maintenance, and operation of technical installations, energy efficiency optimization, and the implementation of solutions supporting sustainable development. Full operational implementation was completed at the beginning of January 2025.
