Casa Italia restaurant, owned by Italian restaurateur Roberto Guastalla, will lease more than 400 sqm of space in the Jasna 26 office building owned by VIG FUND. The restaurant, which will open in January 2024, was supported in the transaction by JLL.
“The addition of a delicious, acclaimed and much-loved restaurant to the Jasna 26 tenant list is great news. The office building is a valuable and extremely atmospheric location, situated in the centre of Warsaw, close to both major businesses as well as cultural facilities and amenities. Now, thanks to the opening of a unique, authentic Italian restaurant on the ground floor of the building, its attractiveness will increase even further and the office building will become more prominent in the eyes of clients, tenants and their employees alike,” says Olga Szczęsna, Leasing Director, Office Agency, JLL Poland.
The Jasna 26 building is a restored historic building from the 1950s. Re-opened in 2014, the building has already achieved 100 percent occupancy. The Class A office building offers a high standard with several environmentally friendly solutions. Thanks to the flexibility of space arrangement and optimal access to daylight, Jasna 26 is the ideal solution for tenants that ensures comfortable working conditions. The seven-storey building offers approximately 4,500 sqm of modern office space for lease and provides 51 underground parking spaces for tenants.
The building is located in the heart of Warsaw’s business centre, near Świętokrzyska and Marszałkowska Streets. The location offers a convenient connection to the rest of the city thanks to it being well-served by public transport: Świętokrzyska underground station, and numerous tram and bus lines. The National Philharmonic, the National Theatre and several hotels, restaurants and shopping facilities are also in the vicinity.
