ITRA Polska Represents Displate in Office Lease Renegotiation

ITRA Polska has successfully represented Displate, a renowned Polish creative brand, in renegotiating and extending their office lease at the Atlas Tower skyscraper in central Warsaw. Displate, which has gained international acclaim, continues to develop and expand its operations in this prime location.

Displate is a global online marketplace, aggregating offers from numerous sellers, and has sold over 6 million metal posters to 2.5 million homes worldwide over the past nine years. Their reach includes markets such as the USA, Germany, France, Canada, and Australia. The company collaborates with major brands like Star Wars, Marvel, DC Comics, NASA, and Netflix, showcasing the works of over 40,000 talented illustrators, painters, and designers.

The Displate team occupies 1,700 sqm of office space within Atlas Tower.

Atlas Tower offers a total of 29,000 sqm of office space across 28 floors.
