JD Sports, a British chain, has joined the tenants at Atrium Targówek by opening its first store in Warsaw. Customers can enjoy nearly 700 sqm of modern shopping space, with a wide range of top brands’ footwear & apparel, including those not yet available in Poland.
The global British chain JD Sports is the domain of premium products such as Nike, Lacoste, Adidas, Vans, Timberland, The North Face and many more. It offers a wide range of footwear and sports clothing, not only for professionals but also for sport-active amateurs. JD Sports is also a place for enthusiasts of sporty, streetwear, outdoor and athleisure fashion who choose more comfortable but still stylish everyday outfits.
Now, JD Sports has nearly 3,300 stores, in 29 countries around the world. The brand has been present in Poland for a relatively short time, but it has quickly gained a crowd of dedicated customers. It made its début in the capital city, and Atrium Targówek of the Atrium portfolio was chosen as the place for its first store. Besides, it is not the first internationally-valued sports brand to work with Atrium Poland Real Estate. The Under Armour retailer previously opened its store in Atrium Promenada.
“JD Sports opens its first store in Warsaw by joining our tenants and making an excellent addition to the ranges offered at Atrium Targówek. With nearly 700 sqm of modern space, it is the largest sports store in our centre, next to 4F, New Balance or Sizeer. JD Sports’ début in Warsaw created direct access for our customers to international brands such as Supply & Demand, and to limited collections and exceptional releases. Working with JD Sports is also our response to the needs of our customers, who are not only looking for sports clothing for their professional or amateur training but also those, who choose a quality sports brands every day,” said Anna Tana, Leasing Team Leader (Retail), Atrium Poland Real Estate Management.
