Jet-Printer takes space in Warsaw Distribution Center

Jet-Printer, a producer and specialist in printing and IT, has decided to lease over 1,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in the  Warsaw Distribution Center. AXI IMMO provided complex advisory services for the occupier.

Jet-Printer provides advisory services in purchasing and servicing printing and faxing devices, print outsourcing, sales of new and used machines, and buying and collecting used consumables. The company is a producer of compatible printing materials of the Laser Experts brand.

“We were seeking a warehouse that would be close to our headquarters and would enable us to serve customers interested in using our services on site. The new warehouse area will provide the company with additional storage space and direct backup for the conducted service,” said Dariusz Mirowski, CEO, Jet-Printer.

Jet-Printer will occupy 1,002 sqm of warehouse space, supplemented by a 48 sqm office and social room.

“After analysing the client’s requirements, we promptly added the Warsaw Distribution Center complex to the shortlist of potential facilities, which perfectly matched the client’s needs. The new warehouse is located close to the company’s headquarters.  The distance of 3 km allows a comfortable connection between the two locations in just over 5 minutes by car. In addition, the park is situated in Warsaw, near the Opacz-Kolonia junction, which connects the Warsaw Southern Ring Road with the S7 route, enabling flexible service for customers from all over Warsaw and the suburbs,” comments Paweł Bułajewski, Consultant, Industrial and Logistics, AXI IMMO.

Warsaw Distribution Center is a modern warehouse and office centre with approximately 35,000 sqm consisting of five buildings. The park is located at Szyszkowa Street, in the Włochy district in Warsaw, near the F. Chopin International Airport and close to the Warsaw Southern Ring Road connecting the A2 motorway with the S7 expressway.
