JLL takes over management of seven marcredo retail schemes – EuropaProperty

JLL has been selected as the Property Manager for seven shopping centres of the marcredo chain in Poland. The companies of Direkt Invest Polen has entrusted JLL to oversee their retail portfolio.

JLL has taken over the supervision of the following retail schemes: marcredo Kutno, marcredo Ciechanów, marcredo Szczecin, marcredo Piekary Śląskie, Galeria Piotr i Paweł in Poznań, marcredo Józefosław and Polo Market Lubin. The company’s responsibilities include comprehensive running of operations and tenant relations in seven retail schemes as well as the preparation and implementation of marketing strategy for marcredo’s three shopping centres: in Kutno, Ciechanów and Józefosław.
