Two new tenants joined the K2 office building in Gdynia, developed, owned and managed by Vastint: the Teleshopping channels TV Okazje and Mango, as well as the Savage Marketing advertising agency. The companies will occupy 1,200 sqm of ergonomically designed office space near the Wzgórze św. Maksymiliana transport hub.
TVO will occupy over 660 sqm of office space at K2, providing a modern environment to support its continued growth and create opportunities for the development of new business initiatives. The second new tenant at K2 is Savage Marketing – a marketing agency specializing in branding, content, and advertising. The company will occupy nearly 540 sqm of office space at K2.
