MoneyGram, a global innovative financial transfer services provider, will open its second office in Warsaw in the West Station II building. The company will lease 1,300 sqm in the newly completed office property owned by HB Reavis. Knight Frank acted on behalf of MoneyGram in the leasing process.
The tenant, MoneyGram Payment Systems Poland, is part of the global MoneyGram group which offers services in a network of 350,000 offices in over 200 countries and territories. The Polish branch will be located in the second building of West Station, handed over for use this August. Knight Frank also acted on behalf of MoneyGram in the acquisition of the first office in Warsaw with a space of 7,300 sqm.
“It’s the second deal between MoneyGram and HB Reavis completed with our support. From the very beginning, we knew the key factor in choosing the location would be top-class property standard and a good connection with the rest of the city. West Station fulfils both requirements by offering a fast link to the existing MoneyGram office as well as to central Warsaw. We are pleased to once again have had the opportunity to support MoneyGram Payment Systems Poland in choosing the optimal office location,” said Karolina Wilczak-Łuczyńska, Associate Director, Tenant Representation, Knight Frank.
West Station is a Class A office complex comprising of two buildings with a total space of ca. 70,000 sqm. It offers great communication with the centre as well as other districts of Warsaw.
