Konstruktorska Business Center, part of the Golden Star Estate portfolio, is set to welcome another tenant. C&F, a global provider of advanced technology solutions and consulting services, has signed a long-term lease for nearly 1,900 sqm of modern office space in the building. Following this transaction, the office property, located in the heart of Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, is now almost fully leased.
