KPMG to move into O3 Business Campus – EuropaProperty

KPMG has leased an office area of over 1,700 sqm in O3 Business Campus – an office complex which is being developed by Echo Investment. The company is to move into the new office at the end of this year. The tenant was represented by the Colliers International consulting company.

KPMG is an international chain offering professional audit, tax and business consultancy services. It employs 174,000 people in 155 countries all over the world. KPMG has been present in Poland since 1990, it has its branches in Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Katowice and Łódź.

“The office market in Kraków has been developing very dynamically and it offers a broad range of possibilities to tenants looking for modern areas which will be adjusted to their needs. A staff-friendly office area, the building quality and its location were of the greatest importance for our client in the process of searching for its new seat. Ultimately they chose O3 Business Campus – a modern office complex which meets all the requirements of modern tenants and provides them with development possibilities,” said Anna Galicka-Bieda, regional director at Colliers International in Kraków.
