Warimpex’s latest development project, the Mogilska 35 Office building in Kraków, is now fully leased. The final tenant to join the roster is Avenga – an international technology and consulting company. Avenga was advised on the transaction by experts from Colliers.
“I am pleased to announce that our newest office building, Mogilska 35 Office, has reached full occupancy,” said Franz Jurkowitsch, CEO of Warimpex. “This confirms the growing demand for high-quality office space in the heart of Małopolska. Kraków provides an attractive environment for the development of industries such as new technologies, IT, and fintech, and it is precisely these types of dynamic, fast-growing companies that find ideal conditions for growth here.”
The final tenant to join Mogilska 35 is Avenga – a digital technology company offering IT consulting, solution engineering, and managed technology services. Its mission is to solve complex business challenges by combining innovative technologies with human creativity. The company brings together over 6,000 experts across 44 locations worldwide. As part of the KKCG group, Avenga is well-positioned to deliver advanced digital solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. The new office will be located on the second floor of the building on Mogilska Street and will occupy 1,000 sqm of modern office space.
“Kraków is a thriving technology hub and a natural choice for Avenga’s continued growth in Poland. Mogilska 35 offers the modern, flexible space we need to support our teams and client base. It reflects our culture of innovation and collaboration, and we are excited to join such a vibrant business community,” said Kacper Ryniec, Director of Avenga’s Regional Engineering Centre.
The new tenant was advised by Colliers throughout the leasing process, including site selection and lease negotiations.
“Leasing space at Mogilska 35 Office is another transaction in which we had the pleasure of representing Avenga. This deal confirms the continued strong demand in Kraków’s office market. Modern, sustainable, and well-located buildings consistently attract renowned companies seeking prestigious spaces to conduct their business,” said Adam Florczyk, Associate Director at Colliers’ Kraków office.
